Hi There! 

I'm Maja and I'm so glad you're here! As a competitive weightlifter, I know what it takes to work on my strength and overall health, and I strive to bring that energy to all of my clients. I focus on creating a comprehensive, pain-free training program that includes functional movements for every day life in conjunction with a nutrition program that nourishes and fuels the body.

 

Together we celebrate reaching milestones and daily achievements. Through a fun, friendly, and high energy environment, I will help you discover the joy in strength training, whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, learn a new skill, or lead a healthier lifestyle.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions offer a one-on-one custom designed training program based around the client's abilities and goals. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or learning a new skill, my program will improve your health and have you feeling stronger and healthier than ever.

SEMI-PRIVATE/GROUP TRAINING

This is a small group training session consisting of 2-3 people. So, if you don't like working out alone, bring your partner, friend, or family member along for a great calorie burning session.

At Home Workout

ONLINE TRAINING

A perfect solution for those that like to workout at home or would like to continue working out at their local gym, the online training program is delivered via the TrainHeroic App and is a great way to stay in shape at a reduced rate. The program mirrors the actual in-person session, including a warm-up, the workout itself, and a cool down, with videos and detailed instructions.

NUTRITION COACHING

A comprehensive nutrition coaching program that includes monthly check-ins, progress monitoring, nutrition education, and creative, flavorful recipes that fit any budget and lifestyle. Through a custom designed program, clients work on building a healthy relationship with food and are provided with a variety of options when it comes to grocery shopping, meal prepping, and cooking.

Maja has been my coach for over 4 years. In that time, she has trained and guided me to be my best self. In the gym, she firm about using proper form to prevent injury and supportive to helping me realize all of my potential. 
Outside of the gym, she's taught me quick and simple ways to improve my health through a good eating habits. Her number one says is " Eat the rainbow". The saying means to eat fruits and vegetable that reflect all the colors of the rainbows. Greens are good, but greens alone will not get you to proper health. A well balance meal is better than just cutting calories or overtraining.
Maja's using a personal approach to helping her clients. She takes the time to learn what is important to you, what goals you want to achieve, and she adapts her knowledge to help you achieve your goals. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or become a competitive weightlifter, Maja will get you there. I came in first place at my first Olympic Weightlifting meet back in 2019. I'm looking forward to competing and winning more competition with her as my coach and friend by side.

I have been working with Maja for 1.5 months and I couldn’t be happier. She crafted the best workout plan for my needs and I am seeing huge progress/results already. She is always on time, prepared and ready for our sessions (which I do in my home with her due to my busy schedule). I’ve been working with Maja for less than a year, and I’ve truly enjoyed the experience. She is very approachable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to create workout programs tailored specifically to your goals. She’s also flexible and accommodating with scheduling, as long as you give her notice.

As someone who is fairly new to lifting, I really appreciate the constant feedback she provides on form during our sessions. She regularly checks in to see how you’re feeling and adjusts workouts based on muscle soreness or recovery. Overall, Maja is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress

Working with Maja has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health and fitness! After years of feeling stagnant in my training, Maja has not only helped me increase my strength but she has given me the tools and encouragement to continue progressing on my own. I came to her terrified to squat more than 100lbs and left with a 185 1RM. 200lbs here I come!!

Maja puts the work in, she goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of each of her clients are met and that they are receiving the very best from her. Not to mention that she is just an overall amazing human! Honestly, I can’t imagine anyone not getting along with her. Maja is not only my trainer for life, she’s my friend!
