I'm Maja and I'm so glad you're here! As a competitive weightlifter, I know what it takes to work on my strength and overall health, and I strive to bring that energy to all of my clients. I focus on creating a comprehensive, pain-free training program that includes functional movements for every day life in conjunction with a nutrition program that nourishes and fuels the body.
Together we celebrate reaching milestones and daily achievements. Through a fun, friendly, and high energy environment, I will help you discover the joy in strength training, whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, learn a new skill, or lead a healthier lifestyle.

SEMI-PRIVATE/GROUP TRAINING
This is a small group training session consisting of 2-3 people. So, if you don't like working out alone, bring your partner, friend, or family member along for a great calorie burning session.
ONLINE TRAINING
A perfect solution for those that like to workout at home or would like to continue working out at their local gym, the online training program is delivered via the TrainHeroic App and is a great way to stay in shape at a reduced rate. The program mirrors the actual in-person session, including a warm-up, the workout itself, and a cool down, with videos and detailed instructions.
NUTRITION COACHING
A comprehensive nutrition coaching program that includes monthly check-ins, progress monitoring, nutrition education, and creative, flavorful recipes that fit any budget and lifestyle. Through a custom designed program, clients work on building a healthy relationship with food and are provided with a variety of options when it comes to grocery shopping, meal prepping, and cooking.

Maja is hands down the best. I got the chance to workout under her a few years ago and was completely green to the gym life. She took me under her wing and taught me everything I needed to know. Most of all she helped push me out of my comfort zone and introduced me to weightlifting and Fitness competitions which I instantly fell in love with.
Fast forward to this year. I just had my baby after a rough pregnancy that left me dormant for the entire 9 months. After being cleared from my doctor she put together an amazing postpartum plan to ease me back in without fear of getting hurt.
